集束化护理联合中医护理干预在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的效果分析

目的 探讨腰椎间盘突出症患者应用集束化护理联合中医护理干预措施的临床效果.方法 选取山东省千佛山医院2015年1月-2016年1月收治的124例腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用随机数字表法随机分为试验组和对照组,各62例.试验组采用集束化护理联合中医护理干预措施,对照组实施常规护理措施,详细记录2组住院时间、住院费用、护理满意度和治疗效果.结果 试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度96.77%,对照组91.94%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组住院时间和住院费用都低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 集束化护理联合中医护理干预措施能够提高临床疗效,降低医疗成本,提高患者满意度.

Effect analysis of clustered nursing combined TCM nursing intervention in lumbar disc disease

Objective To study the clinical effects of clustered nursing combined TCM nursing intervention in lumbar disc disease. Methods Selected 124 patients of lumbar disc disease from Qianfoshan hospital in Shandong province in January 2015 to January 2016 and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 62 cases in each group. Experimental group were treated by clustered nursing combined TCM nursing intervention measures and the control group were given conventional nursing measures and record the hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses, nursing satisfaction and treatment effect. Results The total effective rate of experimental group is higher than the control group (P<0. 05); The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.77% and that of the control group was 91.94%. The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The hospitalization time and costs of experimental group were lower than the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Clustered nursing combined TCM nursing intervention in lumbar disc disease can promote the improvement of clinical curative effect, reduce the medical cost and improve satisfaction.
