黄连素对2型糖尿病患者血清IL-10、IL-6及CRP水平的影响

目的 探讨黄连素(小檗碱)对2型糖尿病患者血清IL-10、IL-6及CRP水平的影响.方法 选取2型糖尿病患者182例,按随机数字表法分为2组,对照组91例予以二甲双胍治疗,研究组91例在对照组基础上予以黄连素(小檗碱)治疗,观察并记录2组间血清脂联素及炎症因子水平、血糖、胰岛素、血脂指标,同时对比不良反应发生率.结果 与对照组比较,研究组治疗后血清IL-6、CRP、TNF-α 水平较低,血清ADPN、IL-10水平较高,治疗后FPG、2hPG、HbA1c水平较低,治疗后FINS、HOMA-IR水平较低,ISI水平较高,治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C水平较低,HDL-C水平较高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组和对照组不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 黄连素(小檗碱)能够有效降低2型糖尿病患者血清IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平,提高血清IL-10、ADPN水平,减轻炎症反应,改善糖脂代谢及胰岛素抵抗,有效降低血糖.

Effect of Berberine on the serum levels of IL-10, IL-6 and CRP in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To investigate the effect of Berberine on the serum levels of IL-10, IL-6 and CRP in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 182 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into two groups, 91 cases in the control group were treated with Metformin, 91 cases in the experiment group were received Berberine on the basis of the control group. Serum levels of adiponectin, inflammatory factors, blood glucose, insulin, blood lipid index and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared after the treatment. Results Compared with the control group, serum levels of IL-6, CRP, TNF-α were lower, serum levels of ADPN and IL-10 were higher after treatment in the experiment group, levels of FPG, 2hPG and HbA1c were lower after treatment, levels of FINS, HOMA-IR were lower and level of ISI were higher after treatment, levels of TC, TG and LDL-C were lower and level of HDL-C were higher after treatment, there is statistical significance (P<0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions was no statistically significant between the control group and the experiment group (P >0.05). Conclusion The Berberine can effectively reduce serum levels of IL-6, CRP, TNF-α and improve serum levels of IL-10, ADPN in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, reduce the inflammatory reaction, improve glucose and lipid metabolism and insulin resistance, and effectively reduce the blood glucose level.
