不同超声+酶清洗时间对腹腔镜清洗效果的影响

目的 比较不同超声+酶清洗时间对腹腔镜清洗效果的影响,为科学、有效清洗提供依据.方法 选择2016年6-7月采取腹腔镜下胆囊切除术后腹腔镜器械180套,分为实验组和对照组各90套,实验组(超声+酶清洗5 min),对照组(超声+酶清洗10 min)均按照内镜清洗消毒流程清洗.结果 经5倍放大镜目测法和隐血检测法检测,实验组与对照组清洗合格率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 延长超声+酶清洗时间可提高腹腔镜清洗合格率,有利于提高消毒、灭菌效果.

Effects of different ultrasound and enzyme washing time on laparoscopic washing

To compare the effects of different ultrasound and enzyme washing time on laparoscopic cleaning, and to provide evidence for scientific and effective cleaning. Methods The laparoscopic cholecystectomy laparoscopic instruments from June to July 2016 were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group (ultrasound and enzyme washing for 5min), the control group (ultrasound and enzyme washing for 10min) are cleaned in accordance with endoscopic cleaning process. Results The qualified rate of washing was statistically different between the experimental group and the control group (P<0.05) by five- fold magnifying glass visual test and occult blood test. Conclusion Prolonging the time of ultrasound and enzyme washing can improve the qualified rate of laparoscopic cleaning, which is beneficial to improve the disinfection and sterilization effect.
