肛肠疾病术后疼痛研究进展

疼痛是肛肠疾病手术后最常见并发症,缓解肛肠疾病术后疼痛,目前已成亟待解决的重要问题.中医认为"不通则痛"是术后疼痛症结所在,西医认为组织损伤导致"致痛因子"释放引起神经痛觉超敏,产生持久性疼痛.现代医学中镇痛药物效果存在种种使用限制和毒副作用,而中药熏洗和针灸耳穴等手段可以有效的缓解术后疼痛,故而应提倡中西医结合治疗肛肠疾病术后疼痛.

Research progress of anorectal postoperative pain

Postoperative pain is the most common complications after anorectal disease surgery. So far, it has became an important issue demanding prompt solution that how to relieve the postoperative pain of anal disease. In the view of traditional Chinese medicine, the crux of postoperative pain can be summarized as"stagnation leading to pain". Western medicine consider that tissue damage causes the release of the"pain factor"which bring about hypersensitivity to nerve pain, and then to produce persistent pain. In modern medicine, the analgesic drugs are limited and toxic. However, herbal fumigation, acupuncture and auricular-plaster can effectively relieve postoperative pain. Therefore, we should promote the combination of Chinese and western medicine to treat the postoperative pain of anal disease.
