胸腔镜微创术对肺癌患者心肺功能的改善及对患者生活质量的影响

目的 针对胸腔镜微创手术对肺癌患者心肺功能的改善及对患者生活质量的影响进行研究.方法 选择2012年11月-2014年12月期间,我院收治的肺癌患者120例作为本次研究的对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例.对照组实施开胸手术治疗,观察组实施胸腔镜微创手术治疗.针对2组手术情况、心肺功能改善情况、生活质量进行观察比较.结果 在本次研究中,观察组引流时间与对照组比较,P<0.05;观察组手术切口愈合时间与对照组比较,P<0.05;观察组住院时间与对照组比较,P<0.05;观察组术后心肺功能改善情况与对照组改善情况进行比较,P<0.05;观察组术后生活质量各指标评分与对照组比较,P<0.05.结论 在肺癌患者治疗的过程中,对其实施胸腔镜微创手术,可以有效改善患者心肺功能,提高患者恢复速度,并可显著改善患者生活质量,整体治疗效果显著.

Thoracoscope minimally invasive surgery improvement of cardiopulmonary function in patients with lung cancer and the influence on patients quality of life

Objective To research thoracoscope minimally invasive surgery improvement of cardiopulmonary function in patients with lung cancer and its influence on patients quality of life. Methods Selected from November 2012 to December 2014, 120 cases of lung cancer patients in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each with 60 cases. Control the implemented open heart surgery, observation group implemented thoracoscope minimally invasive surgery. According to the operation condition of two groups of patients, improve cardiopulmonary function and life quality were observed and compared. Results In this study, the observation group of patients with drainage time compared with control group, P<0.05, there was statistical significance. Observe the operative incision healing time compared with control group, P<0.05, there was statistical significance. Observation group of patients with length of hospital stay compared with control group, P<0.05, there was statistical significance. Observation group of patients with postoperative cardiopulmonary function improvement compared with the control group on the improvement of their patients, P<0.05, there was statistical significance. The index of observation group of patients with postoperative quality of life scores compared with control group, P<0.05, there was statistical significance. Conclusion In patients with lung cancer treatment in the process, the implementation of thoracoscope minimally invasive surgery, which can effectively improve the patient's heart and lung functions, improve the patient's recovery, and significantly improve the quality of life, the overall treatment effect is remarkable, it can be for popularization and application in the clinical treatment.
