| 摘 要： | 自20世纪50年代提出肝移植设想以来,经过动物实验阶段、临床试用及临床应用阶段,肝移植逐步发展成为一种临床广泛应用的外科技术,已被公认为终末期肝病常规而有效的治疗手段.近年来,肝移植技术在中国大陆和港台地区也取得较快的进展,中国成为仅次于美国的第二个肝移植大国.

| Abstract: | Since 1950s, the idea of liver transplantation (LT) was proposed, the technique of LT had been gradually and widely appliedin the field of clinical surgery, experiencing three stages of animal experiment, clinical probation and clinical application. It is generally acknowledged as the common and effective therapeutic method for terminal stage of liver diseases. Recently, the technique of LT has made rapid progress in Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan. China is the second biggest LT country in the world, only next to USA. |
