摘 要: | 目的:研究以益气解毒为主的中药复方对急性辐射损伤(ARI)小鼠全血细胞的动态防护作用。方法:50只Balb/c小鼠随机分为5组,每组10只,空白和模型组灌胃去离子水,安多霖组和中药高、低剂量组分别灌胃各自的药液、中药复方水煎液,给药两周。两周后,除空白组外,其他各组小鼠进行5.5 Gy60Coγ射线全身一次性照射。分别于照射后第1、7、21、35 d检测小鼠外周血白细胞、淋巴细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白和血小板,并观察照后各组小鼠的生存情况,记录、计算照后各组小鼠的死亡率、生存率。结果:照射各组外周血白细胞、淋巴细胞和血小板均在照后1、7 d大幅度降低,在照后21 d和35 d均缓慢恢复;与同批次模型组比较,中药复方低剂量组白细胞、淋巴细胞和血小板均回升程度明显。照射各组红细胞和血红蛋白均在照后1、7、21 d逐渐降低,至照后35 d,各照射组均有所回升,而与模型组比较,中药复方低剂量组红细胞和血红蛋白恢复速度较快。照后35 d内,模型组、安多霖组和高剂量组分别死亡8、7、5只,而中药复方低剂量组小鼠在全程无死亡现象。结论:益气解毒中药复方可以缩短照后小鼠全血细胞各项指标的恢复时间,对全血细胞具有较好的防护效果,且降低ARI小鼠的死亡率。

Dynamic Protective Effect of Qi-tonifying and Toxin-removing Chinese Herbal Compound on Complete Blood Cell in Mice with Acute Radiation Injury |

Abstract: | to study the dynamic protective effect of qi-tonifying and toxin-removing Chinese herbal compound on com-plete blood cell ( CBC) in mice with acute radiation injury ( ARI) . Methods:50 Balb/c mice were randomly divided into five groups:blank group and model group administered with deionized water, Anduolin group, high dose and low dose groups, all with two-week ad-ministration, which was followed by whole-body exposure to 5. 5 Gy 60Coγray except blank group. On the 1st, 7th, 21st, 35th day of ex-posure, detect the peripheral blood leucocytes, lymphocytes, red blood cell ( RBC) , hemoglobin and blood platelets, observe the life of each group after the exposure, record and calculate mortality and survival rate of each group. Results:peripheral blood leucocytes, lymphocytes and blood platelets decreased significantly on 1st and 7th day of exposure, and gradually recovered on 21st and 35th day;compared to model group, leucocytes, lymphocytes and blood platelets of low dose group picked up obviously. RBC and hemoglobin of each group gradually decreased on 1st, 7th and 21st day while rising again till the 35th day, the recovering rates of low dose group faster than that of model group. In 35 days of exposure, 8, 7 and 5 mice died respectively in model group, Anduolin group and high dose group, while no death in low dose group. Conclusion:Qi-tonifying and toxin-removing Chinese herbal compound can shorten the reco-vering time of all complete blood cell indicators after exposure, has better protective effect on complete blood cells and cut down the mortality of ARI mice. |
