穴位敷贴联合塞来昔布治疗膝骨关节炎临床观察

目的观察穴位敷贴联合塞来西布治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法将80例KOA患者随机分为两组。治疗组采取穴位敷贴联合塞来昔布进行治疗,对照组患者只采用塞来昔布进行治疗。结果治疗组患者的膝关节功能(Lysholm)评分和疗效均优于对照组(P0.05),治疗后的临床症状情况优于对照组(P0.05),白细胞介素-1α(IL-1α)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平和膝关节软骨中的基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)水平低于对照组(均P0.05)。结论穴位敷贴联合塞来西布在膝骨关节炎患者的治疗中具有良好的效果,值得在临床中大力的推广和运用。

Clinical Research on Acupoint Application combined with Celecoxib in Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

s:Objective To observe the acupoint application combined with Celecoxib in treatment of knee osteoarthritis( KOA) patients. Methods 80 cases of KOA patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, observation group received point appli-cation combined with Celecoxib only, control group recevied Celecoxib.After 2 months of treatment, evaluate the use of knee function ( Ly-sholm) scale evaluation of patients with the therapeutic effect; comparative analysis of clinical symptoms in both groups of before and after treatment;analysis of the knee effusions interleukin -1α( interleukin-1α, IL-1α) , tumor necrosis factor-α( tumor necrosis Factor-α, TNF-α) levels and knee cartilage matrix metalloproteinase -1 ( matrix metalloproteinase-1, MMP-1) levels of both groups.Results Lysholm score and efficacy in observation group were better than those of control group , the clinical symptoms of the situation after treat-ment was better than control group,IL-α, TNF-αlevels and knee cartilage MMP-1 levels were lower than those of control group, the a-bove differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions Acupoint application combined with Celecoxib has good effect in treatment of KOA, it is worthy of wide promotion and application in clinical.
