复方红豆杉胶囊的高效液相色谱法指纹图谱研究

目的建立复方红豆杉胶囊的指纹图谱。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)。色谱柱为Agilent TC C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水溶液,梯度洗脱;检测波长:227nm;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0m L/min。结果建立了复方红豆杉胶囊的HPLC指纹图谱,标定了14个共有指纹峰,确定了其相对保留时间和相对峰面积的范围。结论该方法准确、可靠,可为复方红豆杉胶囊的质量控制提高参考。

Study on HPLC Fingerprint of Fufang Hongdoushan Capsule

s:Objective To establish a HPLC fingerprint of Fufang Hongdoushan capsule.Methods The chromatographic conditions were as follows:Agilent TC C18 column(250mm ×4.6mm,5μm) was used, with acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase for gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0mL· min-1 .The detection wavelength was 227nm, the column temperature was 30℃.Results 14 characteristic peaks were indicated in HPLC fingerprints.The relative retention time and ranges of relative areas of the common peaks were also determined.Con-clution This method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility and provides a reference standard for the quality control of Fufang Hongdoushan capsule.
