电针丰隆穴治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的临床研究

目的探讨应用中医药特色疗法针灸疗法电针丰隆穴治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的临床疗效观察。方法选取在2014年6月-2016年1月间医院门诊及住院部所收治的经明确诊断为非酒精性脂肪性肝炎且病程在1个月以上的病人72例,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为两组。其中电针组(40例)患者单取丰隆穴进行电针治疗,西药组(32例)患者予药物熊去氧胆酸(UDCA)片进行治疗,然后通过研究实验数据分析对比两组患者的临床治疗疗效。结果电针组临床治愈24例、有效13例、无效3例,总有效率92.5%;对照组分别为治愈19例、有效8例、无效5例,总有效率84.38%。提示电针组治疗效果明显优于西药组(P0.01):治疗后两组的肝功能指标、血脂水平及肝纤维化指标均有所改善(与治疗前比较,P0.05或P0.01),而电针组的改善作用均较西药组好(P0.05或P0.01);西药组还有部分患者出现服用药物后胃部不适等临床症状,而电针组患者尚未发现有出现任何不良反应。结论电针丰隆穴治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎疗效十分显著,其治疗方法值得在临床进行大范围应用及推广。

Clinical Observation of EA on Fenglong Acupoint in Treatment of Non-alcoholic Fatty Hepatitis

Abstracts:Objective To explore the application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of electro acupuncture( EA) and moxibustion therapy in treatment of non-alcoholic fatty hepatitis( NASH) .Methods 72 patients of NASH of more than 1 month duration were randomly divided into EA group (n =40) with single take Fenglong acupoint for EA treatment, western medicine group (n=32) with drug ursode-oxycholic acid ( UDCA) treatment, the curative effects of the two groups were compared based on the experimental data analysis.Results EA group:clinical cured in 24 cases (60.00%), effective in 13 cases (32.50%), invalid in 3 cases (7.50%), the total effective rate was 92.5%;control group:clinical cured 19 patients (59.38%),effective in 8 cases (25.00%), invalid in 5 cases (15.53%), the total ef-fective rate was 84.38%.The results showed that the therapeutic effect of EA group was better than that of western medicine group ( P<0.01).The indexes of liver function, blood lipid and liver fibrosis were improved in both groups after treatment (compared with before treat-ment, P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the improvement of the EA group was better than that of western medicine group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Western medicine group, as well as some patients with stomach discomfort and other clinical symptoms, while the EA group patients had not yet found any adverse reactions.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of EA in treatment of NASH is very significant and its method is worthy of wide application and promotion in clinical practice.
