中西医结合治疗冠心病低心率变异性临床观察

目的观察心平宁汤配合吴茱萸穴位贴敷治疗低心率变异性冠心病的临床疗效。方法将100例低心率变异性冠心病患者随机分为两组。对照组常规治疗,治疗组使用平宁汤配合吴茱萸穴位贴敷治疗。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P0.05)。治疗后两组间24h窦性R-R间期标准差(SDNN)、24h连续5min窦性R-R间期均值标准差(SDANN)、相邻窦性R-R间期差值均方根(RMSSD)、相邻窦性R-R间期差值超过50ms的百分比(PNN50)、极低频功率(VLF)、低频功率(LF)及高频功率(HF)均明显升高,且治疗组明显高于对照组(P0.05)。结论心平宁汤配合吴茱萸穴位贴敷可显著的改善低心率变异性冠心病患者的心率变异性。

Clinical Research on Integrated Chinese-western Therapy of Coronary Heart Disease with Low Heart Rate Variability

s:Objective To study the effect of Xinping decoction combined Evodia rutaecarpa acupoint sticking therapy of coronary heart disease with low heart rate variability.Methods 100 cases of coronary heart disease with low heart rate variability was divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each group.Control group received conventional treatment of Metoprolol, treatment group received Xin-ping decoction combined Evodia rutaecarpa acupoint sticking therapy.Compare the heart rate variability changes and clinical curative effects of both groups before and after treatment.Results There was no statistically significant difference of 24h period standard deviation between sinus R -R (SDNN), 24h for 5 min period average standard deviation between sinus R -R (SDANN), phase difference between adja-cent sinus R -R root mean square (RMSSD), the phase difference between adjacent sinus R -R (PNN50) percentage of more than 50 ms, extremely low frequency powe (VLF) power, low frequency power (LF) and high frequency powe (HF) between the two groups(P>0.05), at the completion of 2 weeks after treatment, the SDNN, SDANN, RMSSD, PNN50, VLF, LF and HF of the two groups were signifi-cantly increased, and observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, angina pectoris of both groups were significantly improved ( seizure frequency, duration) , the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Xinping decoction combined Evodia rutaecar-pa acupoint sticking can significantly improve the low heart rate variability in patients with coronary heart disease of heart rate variability.
