| 摘 要： | 目的观察中风复元方联合针灸治疗对脑卒中假性球麻痹患者吞咽功能的影响,以期寻找中医药治疗脑卒中的作用靶点,为研发改善动脉硬化的新药提供一些依据。方法选择50例缺血性脑卒中(气虚血瘀型)吞咽障碍患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用自拟中风复元方联合针灸治疗,对照组单纯针灸治疗,两组均以8周为1个疗程,停药后随访12周。结果治疗组的有效率高于对照组(P0.05);治疗组治疗后吞咽功能评分优于对照组(P0.05)。治疗期间两组均无不良反应发生。停药12周随访,治疗组复发率明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论中风复元汤联合针灸治疗可以改善缺血性脑卒中(气虚血瘀型)吞咽功能障碍。

Clinical Observation on Zhongfeng Fuyuan Decoction combined with Acupuncture in Treatment of Stroke Dysphagia |

| Abstract: | s:Objective To explore the effect of Zhongfeng Fuyuan decoction combined with acupunture on stroke dysphagia.Methods 50 cases of patients with stroke dysphagia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, control group received acupuncture alternate, treatment group received traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of control group.Results The observation score was clearly lower in treatment group than it was in control group after the discontinuation(P<0.05).No side effect accured.Conclusion Zhongfeng Fuyuan decoction combined with acupuncture can effetively improve stroke dysphagia. |
