大肠癌术前肠道准备方式的改进

采用改进的一日肠道准备法进行大肠癌患者术前肠道准备，并与传统方法三日法进行比较。两组患者肠道准备前后及两组之间血红蛋白、红细胞压积和血清电解质无明显变化。术中观察肠道清洁程度，两组均达I级。术中取切除肠段的肠液行需、厌氧菌培养，实验组阳性率30％，而对照组达70％。术后切口感染率两组相同（4．2％）。结果表明，改进的短程肠道准备法能获得良好的肠道清洁效果，并能减少患者腹泻次数，保证睡眠，降低心理应激反应，是一种简便、安全、有效的术前肠道准备方法。

One-day Bowel Cleaning for Colorectal Surgery

A modified one-day preoperative bowel cleaning was used in patients undergoing surgery for colorectal cancers, It was comprared with traditional threed-day bowel preparation, 48 patients without obstruction were randomized to two groups,with 24 each. Modified one-day method was used in experimental group, and traditional three-day method was used in control group. No significant changes were found in plasma electrolytes,hemoglobin and hematocrit in both groups. The introoperative bowel cleaning condition were grade I in all patients. Bowel fluid culture was positive in 30% of the experimental patients,whereas in 70% of the contral patients. Wound infection occured in one patient in both groups (4. 2% )- It is suggested that the modified one-day preoperative bowel preparation may alleviate the patients' suffering from diahrea and homeostatic disturbances ,ensure them in good sleep and rest, reduce the nursing work, and result in good bowel cleaning for operation, It is a simple, safe, and effective method for preoperative bowel cleaning.
