七味白术散治疗小儿脾虚泄泻23例

目的:观察七味白术散治疗小儿脾虚泄泻的临床疗效。方法:将入选患儿采用随机分组的原则分为治疗组和对照组各23例。对照组在补液基础上口服小儿止泻安颗粒;治疗组在补液基础上给予七味白术散,治疗10天后观察疗效。结果:七味白术散治疗脾虚泄泻治愈22例,总有效率为95.65%,明显高于对照组(P0.05);治疗组主要观察指标治疗后较治疗前均有明显改善;组间比较,有显著性差异(P0.05);大便常规检查,治疗后组间比较,具有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:七味白术散治疗小儿脾虚泄泻治愈率高,起效快,毒副作用小。

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effects of QiWei BaiZhuSan in Patients with Children Diarrhea Due to Spleen Deficient: a Report of 23 Cases

Objective：To observe clincal effects of QiWei BaiZhuSan in patients with children diarrhea due to spleen deficient.Methods： Selected patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group（23 patients of each group）.The control group received oral children ZhiXieAn granule on the basis of conventional intravenous fluid;the treatment group received QiWei BaiZhuSan on the basis of conventional intravenous fluid.Treatment effects were observed after 10 days.Results：The total effective rate of QiWei BaiZhuSan was 95.65% and it was significantly higher than the total effective rate of the control group（P〈0.05）.The major indicators in the treatment group were significantly improved;there were significant difference between two groups.There were significant differences between two groups after treatment in the stool routine examination（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：QiWei BaiZhuSan had good effects for children diarrhea due to spleen deficient diarrhea with high cure rate,rapid onset and little side effects.
