| 摘 要： | 目的:观察参松养心胶囊治疗阵发性心房颤动的临床疗效。方法:将60例阵发性心房颤动患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,2组患者均接受常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用参松养心胶囊4粒,3次/d。结果:随访6个月后,对照组患者心房颤动发作频度与治疗前无显著差异(P0.05),治疗组患者心房颤动发作频度与治疗前比较显著降低(P0.05)。结论:参松养心胶囊可以减少阵发性房颤发作频度。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical effects of ShenSong YangXin capsule in treating on paroxysmal atrial firbrillation.Methods：60 patients with paroxysmal ateial firbrillation were randomly divided into two groups,observe and control.30 patients in each group.All patients were accepted routine treatment,while the observe group had taken Shebsongyang yangxin capsule（4 pilis.3 times a day）.Results：After 6-months follow-up,the frequency of atrial fibrillation were not significant lower than treated before in control group.While in observe group,the frequency of atrial fibrillation were significant lower than treated before in control group.Conclusion：ShenSong YangXin capsule could reduce the attack frequency of paroxysmal atrial firbrillation.. |
