| 摘 要： | 目的:观察半夏泻心汤加减治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法:将135例门诊患者,随机分为治疗组90例和对照组45例,治疗组用半夏泻心汤加减治疗,对照组用西药多潘立酮治疗。结果:治疗组有效81例,总有效率90.0%;对照组有效25例,总有效率55.6%。治疗组在疗效和症状积分的改善方面均明显优于对照组。结论:半夏泻心汤加减治疗功能性消化不良疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observing effect of BanXia XieXin decoction in treatting 90 patients of functional indigestion.Methods：To divide 135 outpatient cases into the treatment group of 90 cases and control of 45 cases.The treatment group treated with Chinese traditional medicine of BanXia XieXin decoction,and control group with domperidone.Results：The total effective rate in treatment group was 90.0%,control group 55.6%.The effect and the improvement of symptom score was significantly better than control.Conclusion：BanXia XieXin decoction had a surely effect in treating function indigestion. |
