| 摘 要： | 目的：了解社会公众对乡镇卫生院改制的看法.方法：采取单纯随机抽样方法对杭州某县乡镇干部、卫生院职工及患者进行问卷调查.结果：乡镇干部和患者比较支持改制工作，分别有95.0%和79.22%的人赞成卫生院改制，而医护人员持反对态度的居多，有59.74%的人反对改制.结论：改革已初见成效，但还存在一些需要改进和完善的地方.

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the public's assessment of property system reform in township hospitals.Methods Questionnaire survey township leading cadres,township hospital employees and patients with simple random sampling.Results 95.0%township leading cadres and 79.22%patients agree to reform,but 59.74% township hospital employees oppose reform.Conclusions Reforms have made effect,but leave something to improve. |
