| 摘 要： | 炎症是动脉粥样硬化(atheroscle rosis,AS)疾病关键的病理环节之一。AS发病相关的多个危险因素均与炎症信号调节密切相关。深入研究AS炎症信号通路,并研制有效的干预药物,可能成为影响AS炎症反应乃至AS病变过程的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Inflammation is one of the key pathological process of atherosclerosis (AS),and multiple risk factors of AS have consanguineous relationships with the regulation of inflammatory signal pathway.So it could be effective approach to control inflammation,even the pathological process of AS if we do the deep research on AS inflammatory signal pathway and make out the potential medicine. |
