| 摘 要： | 目的 观察聚乙烯己二醇包被脂质体—阿霉素药物系统(pegylated liposmal doxorubicin，PLD)在舌癌及其淋巴结转移灶中的药物分布和治疗效果，评估PLD治疗口腔肿瘤的价值。方法 建立金黄地鼠舌癌淋巴转移模型，并在癌周注射PLD及单纯阿霉素，分别观察肿瘤体积，外周血药浓度，淋巴结内药物浓度和分布等多项指标，并通过荧光显微镜直接观察其在淋巴结内的分布情况。结果 PLD组的抑癌能力及有效药物浓度均明显优于单纯阿霉素组。结论 PLD是进行口腔癌淋巴化疗的良好药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Pegylated Liposmal Doxorubicin(PLD) on the model of oral carcinoma and metastases and evaluate the value of PLD in the chemotherapy of oral carcinoma. Methods A lingual carcinoma model was established in aurum-shrew mice. PLD or doxorubicin were injected around the tumor, then the volume of tumor and the concentration of PLD in peripheral blood and lymph nodes were measured, and the distribution of the medicine in lymph nodes was observed with fluorescence microscope directly. Results The medicine concentration of the PLD group is higher than that of doxorubincin group. Inhibition of the tumor of PLD group is more obvious than that of doxorubincin group. Conclusion PLD is a valuable medicine system for lymphatic chemotherapy in oral carcinoma. |
