乌鲁木齐市中学生鼾症及阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征筛查

目的:初步调查乌鲁木齐市青少年学生鼾症及阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的患病情况,为该病的防治提供依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,选择乌鲁木齐市5个区1173名中学生为研究对象,依据中华医学会呼吸病学分会睡眠呼吸疾病学组制定的指南设计制定相关睡眠问卷表格,结合ESS嗜睡量表进行问卷调查。结果:对1173份问卷经审核后获得完整有效问卷1111份,青少年学生平均年龄(16.2±0.92)岁,鼾症患者为122人,初筛OSAHS患者为20例,鼾症患病率为11.0%,初筛OSAHS患病率为1.8%。结论:乌鲁木齐市青少年学生鼾症患病率较高,男性患病率显著高于女性。打鼾随体质量指数、ESS评分的增加而增加,与肥胖等因素有关,应尽早对易患因素进行控制,防止疾病发展。

Screening of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome of young students in Urumqi

Objective To investigate the prevalence of snoring of young students in Urumqi,providing epidemiological data for prevention andtreatment of the disease.Methods 1173 students were derived from a stratified cluster and random sampling in Urumqi.They were asked the questions from the questionnaires included the Epworth sleepiness scale.Results 1173 questionnaires were distributed and 1111 completed questionnaires were colleted.The average age were 16.2 yr±0.92yr.of them 11.0％ have snoring,and the prevalence of OSAHS was 1.8％.Conclusion The estimated prevalence of the snoring and OSAHS was obviously higher in male than in female.It may be related to fat and other factors.We should control the risk factors and intervene in early time and the treatment of snoring and OSAHS should be performed as early as possible.
