| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨一种简单、实用的内眦赘皮矫正方法。方法:在内眦赘皮上设计W形皮瓣,通过手术达到开大睑裂和加强其他手术效果的目的。结果:97例(194只眼)患者,术后随访6~18个月,95例(190只眼)效果满意,2例(4只眼)经再次手术调整,内眦赘皮均矫正充分,术后瘢痕不明显。结论:本方法可对不同程度内眦赘皮进行充分矫治,手术方法简单,易于掌握,手术瘢痕不明显,可与重睑手术同期完成,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate an effective method to correct congenital epicanthus. Methods From Mar.2012 to Dec.2013, 97 cases who had different degree epicanthal fold were corrected with the technique of W shaped flap, followed by conventional incision blepharoplasty. Results 95 cases are satisfied with the aesthetic results （except hyperplastic scar were occurring in 2cases and it had become unconspicuous in 3 months postoperatively）. Conclusion This is a simple and effective operative procedure to correct different degree epicanthal fold. |
