银离子抗菌凝胶用于Ⅱ度烧伤创面的疗效观察

目的:观察银离子抗菌凝胶应用于烧伤创面的临床效果。方法:选择烧伤深度基本一致,面积相近、相邻部位或对称部位的浅Ⅱ度、深Ⅱ度创面患者60例,随机分为两组。试验组应用银离子抗菌凝胶敷料,对照组外用1%磺胺嘧啶银乳膏,对两组同期愈合率、愈合时间、抗菌性三方面进行对比。结果:两组药物在浅Ⅱ度、深Ⅱ度创面的同期愈合率、愈合时间方面比较无明显差异。在抗菌性方面银离子抗菌凝胶明显优于磺胺嘧啶银软膏。结论:银离子抗菌凝胶与其他形式银制剂相比具有良好的抑菌作用。

The clinical effect of the silver ion antibacterial gel applied to the burn wounds

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the silver ion antibacterial gel applied to the burn wounds. Methods Totals of 60 superficial and deep second-degree burns cases that were randomly divided into two groups,based on the similar depth of burn, area and adjacent parts. Experimental group which were received the silver ion antibacterial gel dressings compared with the control group that were applicated by 1% Sulfadiazine Silver Ointment.And the healing rate during the same period, the healing time and the antimicrobial properties of two groups were compared. Results There were no differences in the healing rate of the same period, healing time between two groups of drugs in superficial and deep second-degree burns. Silver ion antibacterial gel are obviously better than Sulfadiazine Silver Ointment in antimicrobial properties. Conclusion Experiments prove that the silver ion antibacterial gel has good bacteriostatic action compared with other forms of silver preparation.
