| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨应用脱细胞真皮基质联合固体硅胶假体在隆鼻术中的运用。方法:将脱细胞真皮基质修剪成合适厚度及形状缝合在硅胶假体鼻尖部,置于患者鼻背筋膜下,进行隆鼻。结果:本组40例,术后随访6个月~1年,没有发生假体移位、下滑、外露,效果满意。结论:应用脱细胞真皮基质联合硅胶假体可以在患者鼻尖部形成"保护垫"增加皮肤厚度,避免假体移位、下滑以及外露等并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the application of acellular dermal matrix combined with solid silicone prosthesis were used in augmentation rhinoplasty.Methods To cut the acellular dermal matrix into appropriate thickness and shape for suture in the tip of the solid silicone,take them under the nasal dorsal fascia of the patients nose.Results 40 cases were followed up for 6 months to 1 years after operation,there was no prosthesis shift,slide,and exserted.All patients were satisfactory.Conclusion The application of acellular dermal matrix allograft combined with silicone prosthesis can form a ＂protector＂,it can increase the thickness of skin in patients＇ nasal tip,and avoid the complications,such as prosthesis displacement,decline and exposed. |
