摘    要:目的:观察重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)对人皮肤创面的修复效果。方法:将60例有皮肤创面患者分为两组,30例应用表皮生长因子作为实验组;30例应用生理盐水作为对照组,进行疗效对照。结果:实验组同对照组相比,使用重组人表皮生长因子的创面修复时间快,愈合明显缩短2~3天。结论:生长因子可以促进创面愈合,加快组织的修复。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human Epidermal Growth Factor (rhEGF) in treating human wound.Methods A randomized controlled trial was adopted.60 patients were divided into test group (n=30) and control group (n=30),the test group was given rhEGF spray and control group was given saline.Results The healing time of test group was shorten,about 2 to 3days.Conclusion The rhEGF can promote wound healing and accelerate the tissue repairment.
