逆行缝匠肌肌皮瓣修复小腿和膝周软组织缺损

目的:探讨逆行缝匠肌肌皮瓣或肌瓣修复小腿和膝周软组织缺损的临床效果。方法:对2006年1月~2014年1月我院收治的9例小腿和膝周软组织缺损患者均采用逆行缝匠肌肌皮瓣或肌瓣转移修复,7例采用肌皮瓣,2例采用肌瓣,封闭创面。供瓣区直接缝合。结果:9例患者缝匠肌肌皮瓣或肌瓣均存活良好,供瓣区愈合良好。1例肌瓣上植皮一期成活。1例患者肌瓣上植皮愈合稍差,经换药后创面愈合;1例患者肌皮瓣远端颜色发暗,经换药后创面愈合。9例患者术后均随访3个月~2年,皮瓣色泽良好,质地柔软,无骨髓炎及窦道形成。结论:采用逆行缝匠肌肌皮瓣或肌瓣是修复小腿和膝周软组织缺损的一种有效方法,临床疗效良好。

The repair of soft tissue defects around knee and leg by the reverse sartorius myocutaneous flap region

Objective To explore the clinical effect of reverse sartorius myocutaneous flap or muscle flap on treating soft tissue defects around knee and leg.Methods A total of 9 bedridden inpatients with soft tissue defects around knee and leg between January 2006 to January 2014 were repaired with reverse sartorius myocutaneous flap or muscle flap.9 patients use reverse sartorius myocutaneous flap or muscle flap to repair these wounds,7 cases use myocutaneous flap and 2 use muscle flap.The donor aera sticthed directly.Results All the reverse sartorius myocutaneous flap or muscle flap survived.The donor aera healing well.The skin grafts on the muscle flap was survived in 1 cases.And another case occured little wound after skin graft and healed by dressings.Another myocutaneous flap distal became dark and healed by dressings.9 patients had been followed-up for 3 months-2 years,all the flaps exhibited good colour and soft.Conclusion Using reverse sartorius myocutaneous flap or muscle flap is an ideal method for repair soft tissue defects around knee and leg,and had gained good clincal effect.
