陕西省汉中市汉台区2012年学龄前儿童龋齿患病情况分析

目的:调查学龄前期儿童龋齿患病情况。方法:选择2012年汉中市汉台区8所幼儿园3930名儿童口腔检查相关资料进行回顾性分析及统计学处理。结果:3~7岁儿童患龋率、龋齿个数、龋均、在3~4岁儿童较低,5~6岁儿童较高,龋齿分布以乳磨牙为主,男女龋齿患病率无明显差异。龋齿患病率3~4岁儿童平均18.06%,5~6岁上升至平均49.03%;龋均3~4岁平均1.25个,5~6岁上升至3.40个;有不良刷牙习惯及偏爱甜食儿童较对照组患病率高。结论:学龄前期龋齿患病率5~6岁年龄段最高;龋齿患病与不良刷牙习惯及偏爱甜食有关。

An analysis of the prevalence of dental caries in preschoolers in Hanzhong City in 2012

Objective To investigate the prevalence of dental caries in preschool children. Methods Using retrospective analysis and some statistical methods to analyze the data of 3930 children＇s oral examination from eight kindergartens in Hanzhong City in 2012. Results On the caries prevalence rate, the average number of dental caries, the 3-4 years old children were low contrary the 5-6 years old children high. The main caries was deciduous molar tooth. The Dental caries prevalence rate was no significant difference between boys and girls. The caries prevalence rate raises from 18.06% in 3- 4 years old children to 49.03% in 5-6 years old children. The average number of caries raises from 1.25 in 3N4 years old children to 3.40 in 5-6 years old children. The prevalence in children who have a bad tooth brushing habit and preference for sweets was high than control group. Conclusion The highest prevalence of dental caries in preschool ages 5-6 years old; dental caries are related in bad tooth brushing habit and preference for sweets.
