| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨应用皮瓣修复乳腺癌根治术后皮瓣缺损的护理疗效。方法:对8例乳腺癌根治术后皮瓣修复患者做好术前心理护理,术后转移皮瓣的观察护理及康复锻炼。结果:8例患者手术均获成功,切口均一期愈合。结论:加强围手术期护理是确保乳腺癌根治术后转移皮瓣成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of nursing care of repairing the wound defect after radical mastectomy. Methods Good preoperative psychological care,work closely with postoperative flaps observation and rehabilitation exercises were carried out for a total of 8 cases of breast cancer after radical mastectomy with skin flaps in repairing the wound defects. Results The skin flap in all 8 cases of patients survived, The skin flaps were healing 1 . Conclusion To enhance care is the guarantee of success of the repairing the wound defect after radical mastectomy by skin flap. |
