医学美学在口腔修复中的应用探讨

目的:观察与探讨医学美学在口腔修复中的临床应用。方法:选择2011年2月~2012年2月来我院治疗的牙齿烤瓷冠修复患者50例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,将患者随机分为观察组25例与对照组25例,两组患者均采取烤瓷冠修复牙齿,其中对照组患者接受常规修复法,观察组患者在此基础上接受口腔修复美学的融入治疗,治疗后对其进行随访,观察两组患者在功能性及美观度上的差异。结果:通过随访发现,在使用功能方面,两组患者差异无统计学意义(P0.05),然而在美观方面,观察组患者显著优于对照组患者,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:口腔修复中的医学美学是社会进步的产物,手术医师在修复过程中,不但要具备较好的口腔修复技术,而且还需一定的审美观念,除了为患者治疗牙齿上的疾病,更要为其带来美的体验。

Clinical application of medical aesthetics in prosthodontics

Objective To observe and investigate the clinical application of Medical Aesthetics in prosthodontics. Methods 50 cases of dental porcelain crown restoration with the 2011 February to 2012 February in our hospitaltreatment, and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, the patients were randomly divided into observation group of 25 cases and a control group of 25 cases, two patients were taking PFM teeth, wherein the control group received routine repair method, the observation group patients based on accepted dental aesthetics into treatment, after treatment were followed up for it, two groups were observed in the functional and aestheticdifferences. Results the follow-up, in the use of functions, no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients （P〉0.05）, but inappearance, the patients in observation group was significantly better than the control group, with significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion oral cavity repair medical aesthetics is a product of social progress, operation physicians in the repair process, not only to have oral repair technology is better, but also the aesthetic concept, except for thetreatment of diseases of the teeth on the disease, but also to bring the experience of beauty for its.
