后牙纤维桩桩核冠修复的临床应用研究

目的:规范后牙大面积缺损时纤维桩修复的适应证范围。方法:选取后牙大面积缺损并要求进行桩核冠修复的患者,前磨牙1/2牙体缺损组纤维桩核修复共29例,磨牙1/2牙体缺损组纤维桩核修复共38例,磨牙2/3牙体缺损组纤维桩核修复共21例,金属桩核组金属桩核修复共20例,随访3年。通过对脱落率、折断率、成功率等三方面的观察,进行比较评价其修复效果。结果:纤维桩核修复的患牙有2例脱落,1例桩折断;金属桩核修复的患牙有2例脱落,3例根折。结论:后牙大面积缺损需要行桩核冠修复时,只要严格把握适应证,纤维桩核修复效果明显优于金属桩核,修复效果良好。

The clinical applied research of the fiber post and core crown in the posterior teeth

Objective To standard the indication of making fiber post when the posterior teeth having large area defect.Methods To choose the patients whose posterior teeth having a large area defect and needing to make the post and core crown.There are 29 premolars with 1/2 tooth defect making fiber post and core crown.There are 38 molars with 1/2 tooth defect making fiber post and core crown.There are 21 molars with 2/3 tooth defect making fiber post and core crown.There are 20 posterior teeth making metal post and core crown.All patients follow up for 3 years.Observe the expulsion rate,the fracture rate and the achievement ratio.Then compare and appreciate the prosthetic effect.Results The teeth with fiber post have fall off for 2 examples,and fractured for 1 example.The teeth with metal post have fall off for 2 examples,and fractured for 3 examples.Conclusion When the posterior teeth having large area defect and needing to make the post and core crown,as long as if only strict the indication of making fiber post,the prosthetic effect of making fiber post is obviously better than those making metal post.Its prosthetic effect is so well.
