111例突发性耳聋的临床疗效分析

目的探讨突发性耳聋患者的临床疗效及相关因素。方法回顾性分析111例突发性耳聋的临床资料,应用统计学方法对患者的性别、年龄、就诊时间、耳鸣、各频率听力损失及听力损失曲线类型进行分析。结果 111例突发性耳聋患者,痊愈15例（13.51%）,显效18例（16.22%）,有效38例（34.33%）,无效40例（36.04%）;总有效率为63.96%。突发性耳聋的疗效与患者性别、年龄、耳鸣无关（P〉0.05）,但与患者就诊时间、听力损失程度以及听力损失曲线类型有关（P〈0.05）。突发性耳聋患者在发病7 d内就诊、听力损失轻中度及听力损失曲线呈上升型及凹陷型的患者预后较好;反之预后较差。结论病程、听力曲线类型、听力损伤程度与突发性耳聋的预后有一定的相关性;而年龄、性别、伴发耳鸣与预后均无明显相关性。

Clinical effective analyses of sudden deafness in 111 cases

Objective To investigate the factors related to curative effect and prognosis of sudden deafness（SD）. Methods Clinical data of 111 patients with SD were analyzed retrospectively. Analyzed factors includedpatients＇ gender, age, visiting time, tinnitus, hearing loss at each frequency and hearing curve patterns. SPSSsoftware was applied to single factor analysis （X2 test ）. Results 111 cases of sudden deafness patients, 15 caseswere cured （ 13.5% ） , obvionsly effective in 18 cases （ 16.22% ） , effective in 38 cases （34.23%） , invalid40 cases （36.04%） ; The total effective rate was 63.96%. Statistic analysis showed that the patients＇ gender,age, and tinnitus had no influence on the curative effect of SD （ P 〉 0. 05 ） , while the visiting time, degree ofhearing loss, and patterns of hearing loss curve had （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Satisfactory therapeutic effect could be achieved inpatients with hearing loss of mild to moderate degree and hearing loss curve of ascending or concave pattern whoreceived treatment within 7 days after onset. Conclusion In SD, the course of disease, pattern of hearing curve anddegree of hearing loss are correlated with its prognosis.
