| 摘 要： | 目的了解广西县级以上综合医院传染病预防控制和医院感染控制工作的状况,促进医院传染病管理创新研究。方法采用现场调查的方法对医院传染病预防控制现状和医院感染控制管理模式进行评估。结果各级医院都贯彻执行《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》,依据医院管理规范工作,同时存在许多不足和问题需要改进。建议提高对医院管理专业化、科学化的认识,加强相关法律知识的培训学习．建立健全医院管理体制和完善设施建设。

| Abstract: | Objectives Finding out the working condition of hospitals that at and above the county leve lin Guangxi Province,strengthening hospital infectious disease management innovation research. Methods Hospital site survey methodology is used to the status of infectious disease prevention and control and the management model of hospital infection control .Results Each level of hospitals is implemented the"Communicable Diseases Act".Some problems management. Suggestions Improving specialized and scientific hospital management, strengthening the training of relevant legal knowledge, establishing a sound management system and improve hospital facilities. |
