摘    要:曾行准分子激光角膜屈光手术的白内障患者,人工晶状体(IOL)度数的计算一直是个难题,如按常规方法计算,结果会产生较大误差,主要是术后出现不同程度的远视。本文就准分子激光角膜屈光术后角膜屈光力的测算、人工晶状体计算公式选择、前房深度测量、眼轴测量等影响人工晶状体度数计算的多种因素及其解决方法做一综述。

Abstract:The subject of accuracy in intraocular lens(IOL) power calculation in eyes after corneal refractive surgery is a real problem. It is well known that using routine keratometry and standard equations to determine the IOL power for cataract surgery in patients who have had excimer laser corneal surgery often leads to unwanted postoperative hyperopia.This paper reviews the sources of prediction error and analyzes methods to attempt to improve the accuracy of IOL power calculation.
