川贝枇杷胶囊治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作80例

目的：观察川贝枇杷胶囊治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床疗效及对其血气分析的影响。方法：将160例慢性支气管炎急性发作患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各80例。对照组采用常规的抗感染、化痰、解痉平喘等治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用川贝枇杷胶囊治疗,3粒/次,3次/d。两组均治疗7d,观察两组患者治疗前后的临床症状、血气分析变化及总的临床疗效。结果：2组患者治疗后在咳嗽、咳痰、喘息等临床症状积分方面较治疗前降低,与治疗前相比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且治疗后观察组在咳嗽、咳痰改善方面与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后,两组患者在PO2和PCO2方面与治疗前相比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而治疗后在PO2方面组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组优于对照组,而治疗后在PCO2方面两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。在总的临床疗效方面,观察组为86.3%,对照组为72.5%,经统计学比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：川贝枇杷胶囊能改善慢性支气管炎急性发作患者的咳嗽、咳痰症状,提高PO2水平,提高临床疗效,具有临床使用价值。

80 Cases of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Bronchitis Treatment with Fritillary Bulb Loquat Capsule

objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of fritillary bulb loquat capsule for treating acute chronic bronchitis and its influence on the blood gas analysis. Methods： 160 cases of acute chronic bronchitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 80 cases in each group. Control group by using conventional anti - infective, eliminating phlegm, spasmolysis to smooth wheezing, the treatment group on the basis of the control group treatment and plus with fritillary bulb loquat capsule, 3 pills each time, 3 times/d. After treatment of 7 d, observe two groups of patients of clinical symptoms, blood gas analysis of change and the overall clinical efficacy before and after treatment. Results ： the patients of two groups after treatment in the clinical symptoms such as cough, sputum, breathing integral were reduced. The statistically significant difference compared with before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the treatment group after treatment compared with the control group in terms of cough and expectoration improvement differences statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） ; After treatment, two groups of patients in PO2 and PCO2 statistically significant difference com- pared with before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） , while after treatment in the aspect of PO2 comparative differences between groups was statisti- cally significant （P 〈 0.05 ）, the treatment group was better than that of control group, and after treatment in the aspect of PCOz differences between the two groups had no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05 ）. In terms of the total clinical curative effect, the treat- ment group was 86.3 % , the control group was 72.5 %, the statistical comparison had significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： fritillary bulb loquat capsule can improve acute chronic bronchitis patients with onset of symptoms of cough, sputum, improve the level of PO2 and clinical curative effect, which have the value of clinical use.
