小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合干扰素治疗毛细支气管炎疗效观察

目的 观察小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合重组人干扰素α’2a（INFα’2a）治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法 将58例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组29例。2组均予以常规雾化、止咳、平喘综合治疗,并发细菌感染以抗感染治疗。治疗组在此基础上加用小儿豉翘清热颗粒和重组人干扰素α’2a,观察2组患儿的临床症状和体征消失时间。结果 治疗组临床总有效率为93.1%,对照组为86.2%,经统计学分析,差异无统计意义（P〉0.05）;治疗组显效率为75.9%,对照组为48.3%,经统计学分析,差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组临床症状消失时间、肺部体征消失时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论 小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合重组人干扰素α’2a辅佐治疗毛细支气管炎,能及时控制症状,缩短疗程和住院时间,值得临床推广。

Clinic observation of the effect of Infantile Chiqiao Qingre Granule and interferon on bronchiolitis

Objective To observe the clinic effect of Infantile Chiqiao Qingre Granule combined with recombnant human interferon α＇2a （INF α＇2a） on bronchiolitis. Methods 58 cases of bronchiolitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 29 cases in each group. 2 groups were treated with standard inhalation, anti-cough, anti-asthma treatment, anti-infection treatment if there was concurrent bacterial infection. Treat- ment group was additionally given Infantile Chiqiao Qingre Granules and recombinant human interferon α＇2a, clinical symptoms and signs of the 2 groups were observed from the disappearance time. Results The total effective rate was 93.1% in the treatment group, 86.2% in the control group, the difference had no statistical significance （P〉0.05） ; the remarkable effective rate was 75.9% in the treatment group, 48.3% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） ; the disappearing time of clinical symptoms and pulmonary signs and hospitalization time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion Infantile Chiqiao Qingre Granule combined with recombinant human interferon α＇2a in adjuvant treatment of bronchiolitis is able to control the symptoms, shorten the course of treatment and hospitalization time, worth clinical promotion.
