养心通脉方对冠心病患者血管内皮功能的改善作用

目的探讨养心通脉方辅治对冠心病患者血管内皮功能的改善效果。方法冠心病患者48例随机分为对照组和治疗组各24例,对照组给予冠心病常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用养心通脉方,疗程均为4周,观察比较患者肱动脉内径、血流介导血管舒张百分比(FMD),硝酸甘油介导的血管舒张百分比(NID)及NO、6-keto-PGF_(1a)、ET-1、TXB_2水平的变化。结果与治疗前比较,治疗4周后2组NO、6-keto-PGF_(1a)。均显著升高(P<0.05),ET-1、TXB_2水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组治疗后FMD、NID均明显提高(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养心通脉方辅治对冠心病患者血管内皮功能具有显著改善作用。

Improvement effect of Yangxintongmai decoction on vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To explore the improvement effect of Yangxintortgmai decoction on vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods Forty-eight patients with CHD were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,24 cases in each group,patients in control group were given regular treatment of coronary heart disease,patients in treatment group were added Yangxintongmai decoction,treatment course in both groups were 4 weeks,then observed changes of brachial artery diameter,flow mediated vasodilitation（FMD）,nitroglycerine induced vasodilitation（NID）,and levels of NO,6-keto-PGF_（1a）,ET-1,TXB_2.Results Compared with thoses beofore treatment,the levels of NO,6-keto-PGF_（1a）obviously elevated in both groups,ET-1,TXB_2 levels decreased obviously 4 weeks after treatment（P0.05）,treatment group was superior to control group（P0.05）.Compared with thoses beofore treatment,the FMD,NID increased significantly in both groups after treatment（P0.05）,which were more obvious in treatment group（P0.05）,Conclusion Yangxintongmai decoction could remarkably improve the vascular endothelial function in patients with CHD.
