| 摘 要： | 目的 建立微生物浊度法测定乙酰螺旋霉素效价的方法。方法 分别采用微生物浊度法和管碟法对乙酰螺旋霉素的效价进行测定并比较。结果 乙酰螺旋霉素浓度在5．0-25．0u／ml的范围内，浓度的对数与吸光度成良好的线性关系，线性方程：A=1．173—0．61191gC（r=0．992），平均回收率为99．9％，RSD％为1．2％。结论 微生物浊度法测定乙酰螺旋霉素的效价简便，精确，快速。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of acetylspiramycins. Methods Turbidimetric method was used to determine the content of acetylspiramycins compared with diffusion method. Results The calibration curve was linear with the logarithm of concentration range of 5.0 - 25.0 u/ml of acetylspiramycins with r = 0. 992. The average recovery rate was 99.9%, RSD% was 1.2% . Conclusion The turbidimetric method is proved to be convenient, accurate and rapid. |
