活血化瘀类中药制剂的不良反应探讨

目的分析活血化瘀类中药制剂不良反应发生的原因及其相关因素。方法选取该院自2009年1月-2010年12月使用活血化瘀类中药制剂发生不良反应病例46例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果通过分析46例不良反应统计数据,我们发现在活血化瘀类中药制剂造成的不良反应中,因注射血栓通注射液发生的不良反应最高,血塞通注射液其次,不良反应表现中,皮肤受影响的不良反应最多,主要表现以皮肤充血、丘疹、瘙痒最常见,神经系统症状次之。结论应加强中药制剂的研究监测,减少不良反应的发生。

Adverse reactions of the blood circulation of traditional Chinese medicine preparation

Objective Analysis of blood circulation class traditional Chinese medicine preparation adverse events and their associated factors.Methods Select the hospital from January 2009 to December 2010 using the blood circulation of traditional Chinese medicine preparation adverse reactions occurred in 46 cases,clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results Statistical data analysis of 46 cases of adverse reactions,we found that the adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine preparation of the blood circulation class,the performance of the adverse reactions Xuesaitong injection followed by adverse reactions due to the injection Xueshuantong injection,the skin byimpact of adverse reactions,mainly by the most common skin redness,papules,itching,neurological symptoms,followed by performance.Conclusions Should strengthen the monitoring of the study of traditional Chinese medicine preparations,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
