丹参多酚酸盐治疗稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

目的观察丹参多酚酸盐治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将75例稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组（38例）和对照组（37例）；两组均给予常规西医治疗，治疗组加用丹参多酚酸盐注射液静脉滴注，疗程14天。结果治疗组心绞痛和心电图总有效率分别为86．84％、76．32％，对照组分别为64．86％和56．76％；治疗组心绞痛疗效和心电图疗效均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论丹参多酚酸盐可提高稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。

Clinical observation of depsides salts from Salvia Miltiorrhiza in treating stable angina

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of depsides salts from Salvia Mihiorrhiza in the treatment of stable angina. Methods Seventy-five subjects with stable angina were rar~domized into two groups ： control group in which 37 cases were treated by routine modalities and treatment group in which 38 cases were treated by depsides salts from Salvia Miltiorrhiza plus routine modalities, with a course of ld days. Results The overall effective rates for angina and electrocardiogram were 86.84% and 76.32% in the treatment group, and 64.86% and 56.76% in the control group; the clinical efficacy was better in the treatment group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Depsides salts from Salvia Mihiorrhiza helps stable angina.
