大鼠肝泡状棘球蚴边缘带磁共振弥散加权影像学特征

摘    要:目的探讨不同时期SD大鼠肝泡状棘球蚴病(hepaticalveolarechinococcosis,HAE)磁共振弥散加权成像(diffusion—weightedimaging,DWI)边缘带影像学特征及与组织病理结果的关系。方法60只SD大鼠成功制作HAE模型后随机分为6组,每组10只,分别为4、8、12、16、20、24周组,其中4、8周组HAE病灶为早期病灶,12、16周组HAE病灶为中期病灶,20、24周组HAE病灶为晚期病灶。6组均行DWI检查,检测病灶边缘区域及邻近肝脏组织表观扩散系数值(apparentdiffusioncoefficient,ADC),并对各组病灶边缘区行HE、MASSON染色,将DWI图像与组织病理结果进行对照。结果4、8周组早期病灶30个,12、16周组中期病灶22个,20、24周组晚期病灶20个;早期病灶边缘带ADC值大于中、晚期病灶,中期病灶大于晚期病灶(P〈0.05);早、中期病灶边缘带ADC值大于邻近肝实质,晚期病灶边缘带ADC值小于邻近肝实质(P〈0.05)。结论不同时期大鼠HAE特点有所变化,DWI可反映病灶生长不同阶段的病理变化。

Abstract:Objective To explore the diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) changes of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis in SD rats and to analyze the relationship with pathological results. Methods Sixty SD rats were established hepatic alveolar echinococcosis models and were randomly divided into 4, 8, 12, 16, 20 and 24-week groups, with 10 rats in each group. The 4 and 8-week groups were in the early stage, the 12- and 16-week groups were in the middle stage, and the 20- and 24 week groups were in the advanced stage. All these 6 groups were measured apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) value of different part including the peripheral area and surrounding zone of the lesions by using DWI, and underwent HE and MASSON staining. The DWI results were compared with the pathological results. Results There were 30 lesions in 4- and 8 week groups, 22 lesions in 12- and 16-week groups and 20 lesions in 20- and 24-week groups. The ADC value of the marginal zone was greater in the early stage than that in the middle stage and the advanced stage and was greater in the middle stage than that in the advanced stage (P〈0.05). The ADC value of the marginal zone was greater than that in the neighboring liver parenchyma in the early and middle stages, and was lower in the advanced stage (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Hepatic alveolar echinococcosis differs in different stages. DWI can reflect pathological changes in different stages of lesion growth.
