摘    要:目的探讨microRNA152(miR152)在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理特衙间关系。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测70例胃癌组织及其相应癌旁正常组织中miR152表达水平,分析其与患者临床病理指标间关系。结果58例(82.9%)胃癌组织中miR-152表达下调;胃癌组织miR-152表达水平(△CT=5.30±1.47)低于癌旁正常组织(△CT=3.87±1.79)(P〈0.01);胃癌组织中miR152低表达在肿瘤浸润深度、有无淋巴转移及TNM分期上差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论miRNA152在胃癌组织中表达明显下调,可促进胃癌发生、发展,可能成为胃癌诊断与治疗的重要生物学标志物。

Abstract:Objective To explore the expression of microRNA 152 (miR-152) in gastric cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods Real-time quantitative PCR technique was used to detect the expression of miR 152 in 70 cases of gastric cancer tissues and adjacent normal mucosa tissues. The relationship between miR 152 expression and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results The expression of miR 152 was dowmregulated in 58 cases of gastric cancer (82.9%), which was significantly lower than that in normal mucosa tissues (△CT=5.30± 1.47 vs 3.87±1.79) (P〈0.01). There were significant differences in the decreased miR-152 expression in different depths of invasion, between the patients with lymph node metastasis and those without lymph node metastasis, and in different TNM stages in gastric cancer tissues (P〈0.05). Conclusion The expression of miR 152 is significantly down-regulated in gastric cancer tissues, which may promote the occurrence and development of gastric cancer, and may be an important biological marker for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.
