| 摘 要： | 目的观察3日短程中药排石方案联合维生素B6治疗肾结石的临床疗效。方皓将347例病例随机分为治疗组（178例）和对照组（169例）；对照组采用3日短程中药排石方案治疗，治疗组采用3日短程中药排石方案联合维生素B6治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗组结石完全排出74例（41．6％），对照组结石完全排出61例（36．1％），治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论3日短程中药排石方案联合维生素B6治疗肾结石的结石完全排出率高于单纯3日短程中药排石方案。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbs with Vitamin B6 within 3 days on patients with renal calculi. Methods Three hundred and forty-seven cases were divided into treatment group and control group： treatment group in which 178 cases were treated with combined Chinese herbs and Vitamine B6 within 3 days, and control group in which 168 cases were treated with Chinese herbs within 3 days. The clinical efficacy was observed. Results The calculi of 74 cases were completely removed in treatment group （41.6%）, and calculi of 61 cases were completely removad in control group （36.1% ）, with a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined three-day stone-removing regimen of Chinese herbs and Vitamine B6 is more effective than three-day stone-removing regimen in the treatment of renal calculi. |
