高等医学院校选修课教学改革的研究与实践

选修课程作为高等教育课程结构体系中的重要组成部分，在扩展学生知识面、培养业务素质、发展个性和能力方面起着其他课程难以替代的作用。我校根据实际情况对选修课的开设进行了教学改革，将部分选修课以讲座的形式开设。经过一年的教学运行，我们对这种开设形式进行了网上问卷调查，调查对象为哈尔滨医科大学4个年级的学生。调查结果表明，在医学院校以大量讲座的形式开设任意选修课是有必要的，不但缩减了学时、减轻了学生的学习压力，而且还给了学生更多自主学习的时间和空间。另外，讲座在扩大学生知识面、补充课堂内容、激发学生学习兴趣方面可以起到重要作用。

Research and practice on educational reform for optional subjects in higher medical education

As an important part in higher education curriculum provision,optional subjects play the role of expanding knowledge,improving professional abilities and developing personal characters, which are hard to be substituted. The educational reform has been made and the teaching model of optional subjects has changed by giving lessons in the way of lectures. For a year of studying,online questionnaires have been made on the fourth grades students in Harbin Medical University. The results show that lecture form is proper for optional subjects in the medical university. It helps shorten teaching hours, decrease pressures of study and give more spare time for self-learning, besides it also plays an important role in expanding knowledge, completing class lessons and eacouraging students＇ learning interest.
