黏着斑激酶在肝细胞肝癌中的表达及其与预后的关系

目的研究黏着斑激酶在肝细胞肝癌中的表达及其与临床病理参数、预后之间的关系。方法利用组织芯片技术和免疫组化方法检测82例肝细胞肝癌组织、81例癌旁组织和25例正常肝组织中黏着斑激酶的表达情况，并分析其与临床病理参数和预后的关系。结果黏着斑激酶在肝细胞肝癌中的表达阳性率（74．4％）高于癌旁组织（42．0％）（P〈0．01）和正常肝组织（12．0％）（P〈0．01），癌旁组织表达阳性率高于正常肝组织（P〈0．01），黏着斑激酶在肝细胞肝癌癌组织的表达与患者肿瘤转移有关（P=0．008），差异均具有统计学意义；黏着斑激酶阴性表达组生存率（71．4％）高于阳性表达组（37．7％），差异具有统计学意义（P=0．012）。结论黏着斑激酶在肝细胞肝癌中高表达，可能与肝细胞肝癌的发生、发展及预后密切相关。

Expression and prognostic significance of focal adhesion kinase in hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression and prognostic significance of focal adhesion kinase in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods The expression of FAK wag detected by tissue microarray and immunohistochemical method in 82 HCC tissues,81 adjacent nontumor tissues and 25 normal liver tissues.Correlations of the expression of FAK with clinical pathologic features and prognosis were analyzed.Results The expression rate of FAK in HCC tissues(74.4%)was significantly higller than that in adjacent nontumor tissues(42.0%)(P<0.01)and innormal liver tissues(12.0%)(P<0.01).The expressions rate of FAK in adjacent nontumor tissues was significandy higher than that innormal liver tissues(P<0.01).The expression of FAK in HCC tissues was correlated with metastasis of carcinoma(P<0.05).The survival rate of FAK negative group in HCC tissues was significantly higher than that of positive group(P=0.012).Conclusion There is a hiish expression of FAK in HCC and may play an important role in occurrence,progression and prognosis of HCC.
