| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定苯甲酸利扎曲普坦片中主药含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为C18,流动相为乙腈-水(用醋酸调节pH至3·4,25:75),检测波长为227nm,进样量为20μL,流速为1mL·min-1。结果:苯甲酸利扎曲普坦检测浓度的线性范围为0·001～0·200mg·mL-1(r=0·9999);平均回收率为100·78%(RSD=0·15%)。结论:本方法灵敏、可靠、选择性高,适用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the principal agents in rizatriptan benzoate tablets.METHODS:The separation was performed on C18 column.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(25:75,with pH adjusted to 3.4 with acetic acid) with a flow rate of 1mL·min-1,detection wavelength of 227nm and sample size of 20μL.RESULTS:Rizatriptan benzoate tablets showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.001～0.200mg·mL-1(r=0.999 9),with average recovery at 100.78%(RSD=0.15%).CONCLUSION:The method is sensitive,reliable and selective,and it is suitable for the quality control of rizatriptan benzoate tablets. |
