摘 要: | 当前,随着我国新医改的进一步深入,医院管理者经营策略的调整显得非常关键。医院管理层要高度重视医院的品牌效应,加强以品牌定位、广告宣传、市场竞争以及医院文化等为中心的医院品牌建设,使医院在激烈的市场竞争中永葆优势。

Abstract: | Nowadays, with the further deepening of new reform in medical and health cause, the adjustment of operational management tactics is key factor to hospitals′ survival and development. Hospital managers should attach special importance to the brand effect of their hospital and step up hospital brand building, the focus of which lies in brand position, advertisement, market competition strategy and hospital culture, etc.. Only in this way can they constantly create advantages and put their hospital in an invincible position amidst market competition. |
