睫状体冷冻术后疼痛比较

目的：探讨减轻新生血管性青光眼术后疼痛的方法。方法：选取本院2008年1～12月32例糖尿病视网膜中央静脉阻塞造成的新生血管性青光眼患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组实施沿角膜缘切开结膜,3：00和9：00放射状切开暴露巩膜冷冻手术,对照组患者结膜不切开直接进行睫状体冷冻。观察两组术后6、12、24、72h,7d患者疼痛情况,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组术后6、12、24h患者疼痛减轻明显,球结膜水肿减轻明显,两组比较P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论：睫状体冷冻手术是新生血管性青光眼手术的有效方法,能有效减轻患者术后疼痛,值得临床推广。

Comparison of cyclocryotherapy patient postoperative pain

Objective： To explore better methods reducing neovascular glaucoma patients postoperative pain. Methods： Selected 32 diabetic central retinal vein occlusion patients from January 2008 to December 2008 in our hospital, randomly divided into control group and observation group, the observation group treated with slited cornea along the limbal, at 3：00 and 9：00 radial slited and exposed sclera cryosurgery cryosurgery. The control group treated with cryosurgery cryosurgery without slit cornea. Observed the two groups＇ postoperative pain in 6, 12, 24, 72 h, 7 d. Results： The observation groups＇ postoperative pain reduced obviously in 6, 12, 24, 72 h, conjunctival edema obviously reduced, there were significant difference between the two groups, P0.05. Conclusion： Cyclocryotherapy is a better method on curing neovascular glaucoma, it can obviously reduce postoperative pain, it is worthy of clinical application.
