宫颈病变锥形切除术后妊娠不良结局相关因素分析

目的：对接受宫颈锥形切除术的患者在术后出现妊娠不良结局的相关因素进行分析。方法：随机抽取在2006年8月～2009年8月这3年时间里,在本院就诊的患有宫颈病变患者170例,采用宫颈锥形切除术对其进行治疗,对术后出现不良妊娠结局患者相关因素进行分析。结果：研究结果显示,手术时间在10min以上,术中出血量在20ml以上,妊娠间隔在半年以下,出现妊娠不良结局的比率为36.2%、44.8%、78.3%。结论：充分了解患者的既往病史,对其进行针对性治疗,手术过程中对患者的出血量进行有效控制,尽量使操作在最短时间内准确无误的完成,倡导患者选择合理的妊娠间隔时间,对于有效避免该类患者在接受手术治疗之后出现不良妊娠结局,有着积极的促进作用,值得在今后临床工作中给予足够的重视。

Analysis of relevant factors of adverse pregnancy outcomes after conization in cervical lesions

Objective： To analyze the relevant factors of adverse pregnancy outcomes after conization of cervical lesions. Methods： 170 patients with cervical lesions treated with cervical conization in our hospital from August 2006 to August 2009 were randomly selected and the relevant factors of postoperative adverse pregnancy outcomes were analyzed. Results： The study showed that the operative time was over 10 minutes, the intraoperative blood loss was more than 20 mL, the pregnancy interval was less than six months and the rates of adverse pregnancy outcomes were 36.2%, 44.8% and 78.3%. Conclusion： Full understanding of patients＇ past medical history, specific treatment, effective control of intraoperative bleeding, accurate operation using the shortest time and advocacy of reasonable pregnancy interval among patients have positive effects in avoiding postoperative adverse pregnancy outcomes, thereby worthy of sufficient attention in future clinical work.
