Stat3在寻常型银屑病患者皮损及其周围皮肤中的表达

目的:研究信号转导与转录活化子3(signal transducers and transcription activators 3,Stat 3)蛋白在寻常型银屑病患者皮损及皮损周围皮肤中的表达。方法:采用免疫组化SP法分别检测25例寻常型银屑病患者皮损及皮损周围5 cm外皮肤中的Stat3的表达,以25例正常人群皮肤作为对照。结果:正常人群皮肤、皮损周围皮肤、银屑病皮损中的Stat3表达呈逐步升高;寻常型银屑病患者皮损中Stat3的表达明显高于正常人群组,两者相比χ2=32.05,P<0.01;而与皮损周围皮肤中stat3的表达相比,χ2=17.01,P<0.01,差异均有统计学意义。结论:寻常型银屑病患者皮损中存在Stat3的高表达。Stat3促进了银屑病皮损处角质形成细胞的增殖,在寻常型银屑病的发生发展中起到重要作用。

Expression of Stat3 in the Lesions of Psoriasis vulgaris,Skin Tissues around the Lesions and Normal Skin Tissues

Objective ：To investigate the expression of Stat3 （ signal transducers and transcrip- tion activators 3） in the lesions of psoriasis vulgaris, skin tissues around the lesions and normal skin tissues. Methods：Detection of Stat3 was performed on the lesions and skin tissues 5 cm outside the lesions from 25 cases with psoriasis vulgaris as well as normal skin tissues from 25 normal controls using immunohistochemical SP method. Results：The Stat3 in the lesions of psoriasis vulgaffs was remarkably higher than that in normal skin （χ^2 =32.05, P 〈0.01 ） and skin tissues around skin lesions （ χ^2 = 17.01, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ：The high level of Stat3 expresses in the lesions of psoriasis vulgaris,, it can promote cellular hyperplasia and hyperkeratosis and may play an important role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaffs.
