| 摘 要： | １９８０年以来对结石必肝胆管狭窄９１例，根据肝胆管狭窄不同情况采取肝胆管切开置管扩张术，带蒂胆囊壁片修复，肝胆管盆与空肠吻合及肝叶切除等多种术式，相应处理，获得良好的效果。

| Abstract: | A total of 91 patients with intrahepatic bile duct stricture secondary to biliary stones were treated in our department since 1980.According to the classification of stricture,dilating the stenosis and setting the drainage tube,reparation with a piece of gallbladder wall with blood supply, hepaticojejunostomy,and hepatolobetomy were performed respectively.According to the follow-up results,all patients recouered successfully. |
