知信行模式在腰椎间盘突出症术后患者健康教育中的应用

目的探讨知信行模式在腰椎间盘突出症术后患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法 2012年3月至2013年3月便利选取122例行髓核摘除术的腰椎间盘突出症患者,根据入院时间分为研究组70例与对照组52例,研究组应用知信行模式对患者进行健康教育,对照组采用常规健康教育方式。比较两组患者的满意度、对医护人员的依从性、术后复发率,以及干预前后的疾病相关知识和健康行为状况。结果研究组患者对健康教育的满意度高于对照组,对医护人员的依从性优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01);干预后,研究组患者的疾病相关知识得分及健康行为状况得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);研究组的术后复发率明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论与常规健康教育模式相比,知信行模式可有效促进腰椎间盘突出症患者健康知识的掌握及健康行为的建立,降低术后复发率。

Application of the KAP Model on the Health Education for the Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective To investigate the application effects on health education of KAP model in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods 122 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomized into the experimental group （70 cases）and the observation group （52 cases）,the experimental group used KAP model of health education,and the control group with routine health education.Satisfaction degree,patient compliance,recur-rence rate and disease knowledge,health behavior,were observed and compared between two groups.Results The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than the control group （P 〈0.05）and the patient compliance was better than control group;the awareness of disease knowledge and health behavior of patients in exper-imental group was better than the control group（P 〈0.01）;the recurrence rate after operation in experi-mental group was significantly lower than the control group（P 〈0.05 ）.Conclusion Compared with the conventional health education model,KAP model can effectively promote the establishment of health be-havior of patients with lumbar disc herniation,and reduce the recurrence rate after operation.
